The ranks of Ohio’s original statewide preservation organization expanded earlier this month with the addition of four new members on its governing Board.

Each of the new Board members brings a wealth of experience and passion supporting efforts to connect Ohio’s rich past with its future.

Joining the Board of Directors are:

  • Amanda Hevener, Garfield Heights
  • Carol Steegman, Kenton
  • Hillary Morales Robles, Columbus
  • Jim Piel, Arcanum

These four include a key staff member of a highly respected local preservation organization; a trained historian, author, and volunteer; a point person for downtown revitalization in an Ohio county seat town; and the founder of an organization rescuing a significant historic resource.

If you know these individuals, please reach out and congratulate them on their willingness to give time and energy to Preservation Ohio’s ongoing efforts across the Buckeye State.
