Forty-one years after it began, Preservation Ohio continues to make a difference for Ohio’s historic resources.

We’re the home of Ohio’s Most Endangered Historic Sites, now in its 30th anniversary year. We travel to local communities and also answer questions which arrive here from property owners, organizations, local governments, historical societies, and more each and every week.

We’ve had a monumental impact in preserving important pieces of Ohio history, from Frank Lloyd Wright’s Westcott House in Springfield to the John T. Wilson House in rural Adams County; from the Athenaeum in downtown Columbus to the Anthony Wayne Hotel in Hamilton.

Here’s the truth, however. We want to do more. We want to help Ohioans connect with their past in new and exciting ways. We want to make historic preservation a regular part of civic discourse, from Akron to Zanesville and all places in between. We want to be able to assist with a wide variety of resources when communities call.

This Giving Tuesday, November 28, we are asking for your support. Please follow along on our Facebook Page at: www.facebook.com/preservationohio for details. We are hugely thankful for your past assistance and ask that you consider a gift this year. To make a donation, visit this page.
