Preservation Ohio‘s successful new workshop series, Banking On the Past: Financial Incentives for Preservation for Ohio Owners and Communities, will be going on the road in 2020 — and we’d very much like to share this informative event with folks in your town!

This half-day event brings showcases the most comprehensive and up-to-date overview available of tools for generating acquisition and renovation/restoration funds for projects involving older Ohio properties. From tax credits to deductions; from the role of preservation in municipal and county economic development projects to grants and loans — all areas are touched upon during this informational session. This is the only workshop of its kind.

We are looking for communities that can assist in providing meeting space and help us promote each event. These workshops have a modest fee for attendees.

If interested, please drop our Executive Director, Thomas Palmer, an email at: info@preserveohio.com.
